Bio-Link is the Next Generation National Advanced Technological Education (ATE) Center of Excellence for Biotechnology and Life Sciences. The ATE program was created to improve and expand educational programs that prepare skilled technicians to work in the high-tech fields that drive the U.S. economy.
Bio-Link enhances biotechnology education programs by providing cutting-edge professional development for instructors, improving the curriculum, using technologies, and creating a system for sharing information.
This guide and set of retractable banners were developed to support the outreach team’s efforts at various conferences around the country. The design of these pieces required incorporating a representative sampling of sciences while still giving equal coverage to the three key audiences present at these conferences: students, instructors, and employers.
